cast iron skillet.

I was familiar with cast iron (I purchased this one because of the price) but was a little disappointed with this one. It did not clean up well after first use as expected and, I used several recommended processes. I will keep it because it's what I can afford. Recommend buying a higher quality product.

10.25 inch skillet.

This item is to be a gift for a family member. The quality appears to be very good & I'm hoping that this 10.25 inch skillet of cast iron will be a very good skillet for frying up oven fried chicken & other items.
