Unhappy with clasp

Love this bracelet, but the clasp had a black mark on it. Not sure if it was stained, or stones were missing. Had to return it. I'd like to re-purchase, but do not want to risk having to make another return.

Cheap looking

I felt like I was scammed by Macy's. The packaging was very flimsy, like from the dollar store. The overall quality and presentation were very poor.
