I just received the bracelets about two weeks ago and the clasp on the one with the row of Diamonds already broke. :( I'm so disappointed! I can't wear it now because it won't stay closed.

defective

I gambled on ordering this item even after reading about the tarnish issue from multiple reviews. Not a surprise the item arrived with several areas of tarnish. I returned this bracelet set I was planning to gift my daughter for her 21st birthday. Macy's: you should discontinue selling this item!! It is not up to your standards. Shame on you. Total garbage. Thank your however for accepting the return and fully refunding my money as I am a loyal Macy's cardholder for over 25 years.

Do not buy

Bought this bracelet set online for store pickup, it was originally dirty and scratched when I went to pick up and I had then change it out with one that looked a little better. My girlfriend wore it for 2 days and the clasp on one of them broke already. She can’t even wear it cause it will fall off and not stay shut

Clasp was poorly made

I haven’t even had these for a full two weeks. The one with more diamonds fell off of my wrist twice and I brushed it off because I felt it immediately. Well the clasp on that one didn’t click so now less than 2 weeks of having them I lost my fav of the 2. I’ve looked everywhere so it came off while I was in public. I’m sad about it. I would’ve rather it been this other one. I’m a lover of Macy’s jewelry so I’m very disappointed! I own several pieces.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother and initially I thought it was a beautiful bracelet but today it turned out to be an embarrassing joke of jewelry!!! 1/10000 stars if I could. This bracelet is unworn and was still in the box and it looks like this!!! Spoke to customer service and because it’s out of the 30 day warranty they won’t do anything about it. So again yes the price says “SALE” but “SAVE” your money. This is going into the trash right now!
