Ridiculous

I can't believe this is even sold at Macys. It is so small and definitely not for an adult! Then you cannot return to the store you have to mail it back!!!

Smaller than advertised

Half the size advertised. The description says "approx. 1" drop" which would suggest that the heart is about a half inch and the hanging loop about the same. It's not. The total length of the pendant, the drop, is one half inch. The heart is barely a quarter inch. You can hardly see the engraving. Maybe nice for a child but not for an adult. And beware the 15" chain. It's accurate but that's closer to a choker than a pendant necklace.

Don’t bother purchasing

This item is not even worth the trouble. Extremely small( the heart, not the chain) it was so small it fell out of my hand, I still have yet to find it. I will never be buying jewelry online again I don’t care how good it looks!

Waste of Money

So not waste your money! Purchased using my points as they were going to expire. The necklace is so tiny and cheap looking. The heart is sooo tiny it looks like a dot. It's 14k plates but looks tarnished already. It can not be returned to Macy's only the vendor. Don't waste your money the worst purchase I've ever bought from Macys.

Very tiny childsize

Will be returning this. It's very tiny. Almost child size. Not worth it. The picture is deceptive makes ot look bigger than it actually is. Smaller than a pea. Then it came very tangled. I can't even detangle it.
