Stop working

I bought this product last September 2024. I only use it if needed to keep something warm. So I turned it on to keep my oatmeal warm and it didn’t get warm nor get hot. It was cold as ice. The light just stays on. I called Macy’s twice and they told me the same thing story each time that since it is a third party product sold on their website they have to contact the seller. They emailed the sellers and I have not heard anything from them. I am very disappointed for purchasing something and suddenly stopped working in a short period of time. I do not recommend this product. Please don’t buy it.

Keeping Warm!

This is an excellent product! I used it for Thanksgiving to keep the gravy warm , vegetables and stuffing! Already my daughters want one! Easy to clean too!
