Patricia helped me with a problem that I had with my new TCL TV. This was the second time that I was having this problem. My TCL TV set was in "store mode" and I did not know how to come out of that mode. Patricia not only guided me out of that mode, but she gave me instructions on what to do if it happens again. She did an excellent job. She was professional, friendly, patient, and courteous. I give her 10 stars.
