Great support
The TV initially would not allow me to log into my Google account but Patricia was able to assist me in troubleshooting my new TCL TV. I am please with the picture and functionality so far!

Great guyyyyyyy easy to deal with super cool
My tv wasn’t loading the keyboard and Tim was able to figure out a way to factory reset my tv without the keyboard major headache prevent thanks a lot tim!

I just bought this tv and called for assistance setting up my sound bar. I talked with Jolina and she was super. She stayed very calm and very patient with me as we went through multiple trys. Being 74, I really appreciated her patience and understanding.
