I didn’t like these at all. I didn’t see any difference. The packaging and appeal is really nice and there really isn’t a bad smell. Just not something I would use for myself personally.

These are extremely big capsules and I couldn’t get myself to take more than one once so I can’t attest to the effectiveness unfortunately but in addition to the size I couldn’t get over the smell either.

For the supplement girlies
I love supplements and am so far enjoying adding this supplement to my routine. The microbeads in the clear capsules makes the packaging and allure of this supplement interesting. There isn’t much of a scent, thankful there isn’t a scent like when taking omega oil. So far, so good.

I didn't notice anything from this
To be honest I didn't not notice much of a difference using these. I do have lupus so you would assume something that stimulates the immune system would put me into a flare, but it did not. So, this product was not good nor bad - I just wouldn't buy it. It may be better for someone in generally good health!

Couldn’t tell a difference.
Unfortunately I could not tell a difference while taking the Sulforaphane Activated Complex by SM Nutrition. The packaging was similar to most supplements. The supplement did not have a strong scent and tasted fine. It did not have an aftertaste to me.

Didn't notice a difference
I didn't notice any difference while taking this supplement. I took them for about twenty days. They look like little green beads in a clear capsule. They do have a broccoli taste/smell, but only while taking them. I didn't have any problem taking them.

Started taking these I don’t think I notice anything significant, there’s no scent. Packaging is good and clear you can see the tablets. For the price I think it’s a good deal. Unsure about how effective this is as it’s only been about two weeks of me taking them.

Improvement within just a few weeks of use, will d
I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review. I've been taking this supplement every day for 3 weeks now with my lunch and I am pleasantly surprised! I have felt a difference in a lot of ways, especially over the last week. I am sleeping better, I feel like I'm not as snacky-bored-hungry, I feel like the inflammation in my face is decreasing (I have rosacea so I get a lot of flushing regularly) and I have more energy. I started looking into the benefits of broccoli seed and WOW it's a powerhouse for all kinds of things including what I am experiencing. I will definitely be continuing this supplement. Really the only thing I didn't care for was that I need to take two pills rather than one. That means one bottle lasts one month. I'd rather just have a one-a-day. Other than that, loving it.
