Room sized rug

So, it's FIVE days after my initial order and it still has not even begun to be shipped. Tried to cancel this order and was told I will have to just accept it when it does get here, whenever that may be. Don't want it (I've ordered another rug from another store). Will have to go through the process of accepting, filling out return forms, and arranging for the return of this huge rug. Seems like a waste of my time, Macys delivery charges, etc but this is the way they do business. Crazy!
