Very disappointed, have not received my money back

I normally do not write lot of reviews but this one need to be one, I ordered this rug and another one from same brand from macys online, received at home, I did not expected quality to be this cheap and so I went to nearest Macy’s store to return it, the store associate said since they do not carry this item at store I can not return in the store and I have to return this item through ups from home and associate called one of the online representatives on phone and handed over the phone to me talk with representatives. The person who I was talking to was keep saying the same thing again and again of all the questions I asked, I felt like there was a robot talking to me on the phone, anyway I brought back the items back to home, sent through UPS, it’s been more then 3 weeks I sent items back, I did not even received any email confirmation notification even upon my request, they did not sent any proof of returned items and of course I haven’t received my money back as well. I was very disappointed with their return policy as some items you can not return in store and it has not been mentioned in bold letters. I am still very disappointed since I haven’t received any confirmation of my items received neither I received my money. Please be careful if you are ordering anything online from macys.
