Perfect as a piano light.

This light is perfect for lighting up my keyboard and especially the music stand. The black base and adjustable stand almost disappear with just the bronze light cover floating in space. The touch button on the top of the bronze light cover works great by just tapping it to adjust the brightness. The whole product seems very solid and well-made. Exceptional for the price.

Shorted as soon as plugged in

The size is just right for a small area, the base is sturdy enough to keep it from tipping The style is classic yet contemporary. Unfortunately as soon as I assembled and plugged it in it shorted out. Now it works sometimes and many times does not. Also, the touch feature to turn the light on and off is nice but not practicle as it's placed at the top of the lamp canister making it not possible to adjust the brightness while seated. It's being returned.

I have one and I'm buying another one.

The one I have is shorting out. Has been shorting out since I got it last year. It's a 3-way floor model touch light. Perfect for beside my study chair. Praying this new one does not have a short.
