Unsatisfied

Not worth the money and not even sold from Macy’s Tried to return and started out good then nothing The chair is flimsy and can feel the coils in the seat the massage piece only has light vibration and it is just not built to last Trying to return i was told third party purchase so not a Macy’s product and the third party did not follow through with communication in what to do after pictures were sent
