NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered size 10 and you shipped size 10-1/2 why? I cannot call you because you will not take the call. I cannot chat on line with you because again you will not chat on line and I am fed up with placing orders and having them screwed up and not being able to talk with anyone to try to correct or make the situation correct.
