Absolutely a game changer!!

I did a lot of searching for a natural progesterone cream without wild yam and this one is the one I decided to try… with that said I would recommend for anyone in menopause. I had trouble sleeping and with night sweats … not anymore!

Good back up

I bought this a few months back. I am currently on BHRT. I bought this to use as back up when my Rx is running behind and I run out of current meds. This has been a godsend, it helps keep the headaches, night sweats and vertigo at bay till my regular scheduled meds arrive. Definitely will always have on hand. Sometimes I even use it in addition to my BHRT when I need a dosage bump.
