Charged for Out-of-Stock time

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order I placed an order for this and I was charged for it, only to be later informed that the item is out of stock. This situation is incredibly disappointing and frustrating, as I was excited to receive my purchase and had already paid for it. It is extremely unprofessional to charge customers for products that are not available.
