AlessiBar Strainer

The bar strainer has been in the Alessi catalogue since 1979 and belongs to the historical production. It's the fruit of the extensive research by Alberto Gozzi on professional bar wine utensils. The bar strainer was conceived by Ettore Sottsass, internationally recognized as one of the initiators of the revolution in design, and has become a classic, a true archetype of restaurant industry and private service, an "essential" objects, with its proportions, lightness and function.
