In "Terminator 2," the villain, T-1000, morphs into a solid entity out of pools of liquid mercury. The Alessi T-1000 Spoon Rest captures that moment when the pools meet. But instead of doing evil, T-1000 has become a great help in the kitchen. It is made from stainless steel, with two slightly concave surfaces to place cooking utensils and keep surrounding surfaces clean.
