Product and service

The blouse itself is good. The packaging and delivery were awful. It came in a clear plastic bag and still had the hangar on the blouse. Well, kind of. The hangar was broken in half and the sharp end against the fabric. Half the hangar was outside the shirt and half in. The package, delivered by USPS, was jammed into the mailbox with another package and MUCH mail. Delivery gets a zero.
