This is a terrific all purpose pan

I love the size and the thickness of the D5 products. The pan is bigger than my coil burners, but cooks as evenly on the edges as in the center.

Another great piece of cookware

My wife was looking for a pan to cook paella. This became her Christmas gift. It is hard to beat All-Clad D5 cookware. It heats quickly and evenly with no hotspots! This is another great piece of cookware, ideal for one dish meals for up to 4 people.

Great Pan

Super happy with this pan šŸ˜ Hubby does most of the protein cooking and we are slowly transitioning away non stick pans. He said the cook on this is fantastic and the cleaning super easy. Soak with hot water and little dish soap is all thatā€™s needed.
