Faking lies don’t ever use this brand

I got a coat February 4 it was very big and really bad quality I returned it February 7 th . Was waiting for my refund till the 18 th of February I contacted their customer service on the 18th they lied and said that they didn’t received it . I tracked my order and on the 19 th I emailed them the tracking for my return which says that the package was delivered in their location February 12th . When I criticized them they send me some weird pictures for a coat and said the products was really badly used , washed,and smells bad and no refund for me . When I argued with them and I called Macys customer service unfortunately Macys told me these third party has to issue my refund. Then I told this vendor that I submitted a complaint to Macys customer service they refunded me the half price of the coat and know I am fighting for my money That’s why I wanted to make it very clear, please don’t trust this company. I love Macys but this bad experience really hurts me. Please be careful.

Not taking my return

Are not taking my return. Coat was okay, not exactly what I expected so I returned it. They are currently not expecting my return, saying I used the coat and sent me pictures of a different coat! shameful behavior

Didn’t like the cut.

Wasn’t as flattering as the picture. The coat fit well in the shoulders but tapered slightly in the torso making it to tight around the waist.
