All 12 chargers broken

Because of poor flimsy packaging, every charger was broken.

Waited over a month for this item o Lu to be told it was no longer available. Customer service was no in the US, could not even attempt to replace the item. Frustrating and horrible service as always with Macy.’s.

I'm still waiting for this item, I've ordered it for a month now and nothing has arrived

I ordered this item twice from Macy’s and never received it. I’m still waiting on the second order. Zero communication from Macy’s. Tracking just shows label created but not shipped. I suspect that this is a direct shipment from the manufacturer and the item is out of stock but no communications to me about that.

Arrived cracked and beat up

These arrived broken and the box badly beat up. Sadly multiple chargers were cracked. Overall pretty, but bad packaging. Not sure how well they would have held up over time.
