Just purchased 5/2025. Took trip out of Country in June 2025 and handle broke already. Not durable. Very disappointed. Trying to get resolution to get monies back as not back in USA within 30 days of purchase.

I was disappointed with this suitcase. The only compartment it has is a small zip bag on the inside. Otherwise, it is just a nice-looking box. I'm surprised because American Tourister has a good reputation for its products. I will return it.

The bag I received was damaged. The handle sticks out half way, doesn’t go in completely. Looks like a used bag with dirty wheel, scratches on the body of the bag.

About eleven months ago I wrote a review about my purchase, and American Tourister read the review and said someone would get in touch with me In regards to my opinion on my negative review of American “cascade.” Luggage. As of today 3.8.25, know one Has communicated with me in regards to this matter. I think 30 day return policy for Macys should be revised. How do you know if a piece of luggage is going to work out in 30 days. T. Banahan

Very cheaply made. The sides seem okay, although I have not used it as a checked bag. The pulling handle is very loose and wobbly, and the zipper sticks on the corners, even with zero stress on it. Return window was past before my first use so I'm stuck with it unless A.T. Will accept it back.

I was so excited to receive my luggage "American Tourister." Reputable brand. So I went with this one. I know that the airline industry abuse your luggage, I know that this piece of luggage got thrown around, you could tell by the marks that it endured. But, I thought because its a hard shell it would stand up to a little more abuse than the soft shell suitcases. When you open the suitcase, it looks and feels like the other side is going to rip right off, very flimsy. Would not recommend what a waist of money.
