Cheap and handle broken
Cheap and handle not working. First it wouldn’t come out all of the way, and then once we finally got it to after a couple of days of trying - it wouldn’t lock fully up. The casing also is really thin and flimsy, but unsure how it would hold up since it hasn’t been used. Need to return it because of handle.

Have Carry On will Travel!
The construction appears sturdy with regard to the handle and wheels. However, the inside seems a little thin in terms of the fabric used. I will miss not having roomy pockets in the netted part of the suitcase. It is very light.

Did Not Survive First Trip
Boasted as an “extremely lightweight and durable spinner featureing ABS scratch resistant texture", this hard sided luggage could not survive one roundtrip through a normal itinerary consisting of airports, hotels, and a cruise. I purchased three of them to replace American Tourister soft sided luggage. The outer shell fatally cracked (i.e., so much so that it would be unwise to use going forward) on two of them, which leads me to believe that going “lightweight” seriously compromised its ability to be “durable.” All three of them were covered in scratches all over their outer shells, which makes the “scratch resistant texture” claim highly suspect. Note: I do not care about scratches. The scratches were expected to a certain extent. I mention the scratches for those that might care more than me. Final Thoughts: I regret buying this luggage. I would not recommend unless they are used in the following manner: never packed with anywhere near 50 lbs., and never touched by others (i.e., never give to airline, hotel, etc.). In this specific scenario, they might live up to their lofty billing.

Beautiful print! Quality luggage!
I bought this because I fell in love with the print. The detailing of this luggage is so nice and it is super smooth. Very eye catching and I will be using this luggage for years to come.

Outside is beautiful but the inside is ugky
My rose gold carry-on is beautiful and rolls very nicely, but the interior is shockingly different from the outside. It’s a black fabric with gold on it and is not anything like the exterior. That’s the only flaw.

Very disappointed
I purchased a whole set of these in May of 2024 but have only used the largest one so far. I used it for the first time on July 19th. We noticed that it wasn't standing up straight when we arrived at our destination. Upon closer inspection, we found that one of the wheels was poking into the suitcase itself. The surrounding material was cracked. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was to discover this. I am also afraid to use the other two. I realize that baggage handlers at US airports can be a bit rough, but I think these luggage pieces should be able to withstand it.
