Unhappy Customer

I paid for 3 of these glass canisters. When the box arrived, I realized that there are broken items. Nevertheless 2 were broken so I only got one intact. There was no warning label on the box that indicated items are breakable, just a plain brown box. I read the reviews where people complained about items arriving broken. The supplier obviously doesn't care because they are still getting paid to deliver broken items. Macy's is aware of this problem and seems to do nothing about this problem.
