No inner pickets and zipper is too narrow

This bag looks cute on the outside but the inside is NOT functional. There are no pockets or zippers on the inner sides of the bag for phones, glasses, or cosmetics. There is only the zipper in the center and that zipper is too narrow. Every time I put my wallet in there I have to squeeze it in because the zipper is narrow. I can’t return it because I already cut the tags off.
