Terrible Egyptian Cotton Sheets

The AQ Textiles Bergen House 1,000 Thread Count 100 Certified Egyptian Cotton sheets are absolutely "terrible"!!!! They are very thick & heavy and not comfortable to the touch at all. We had to send them back and that has been another unpleasant experience. Dealing with a Customer Service Rep in the Phillippines was not easy. Still haven't received the UPS return delivery sticker and we have had to call twice. Looks like a 2 hour car drive to get to the nearest Macy's store will have to take place in order to return these sheets!

As soon as I received I washed these sheets and when I put them on the bed I noticed a small hole in the seam of the fitted sheet pocket...I dont know if they will take back but that is bad quality for this price ..I was actually going to order another set if I like them...wont do that now
