Broken upon receipt

I bought my 6 of my favorite Christmas candles. There was a minimum amount of bubble wrap in the package and 3 of the 6 candles were smashed, so broken glass everywhere.

I love the way it smells, it's pure beauty, it's very pretty and delicate and for the price it's perfect because it's of very good quality, even if it's not on my living room smells good, I love it. 10/10

great product, horrible service

Love the candle but it came smashed to bits! Macy's shipped the candle with zero padding in a too large box with 2 other glass candles. The person that packaged the order had NO common sense!!!

Not so much the smell of Christmas

I was truly disappointed that the scent didn’t really have the smell that permeated the room like the oils and potpourris that I used to buy at Macy’s every year. This candle did smell any better than the cheap supermarket brands.
