DISSATISFIED

The light was on one evening I heard sizzling. The lights started to smoke and 2 lights melted. The company declared it was a dimmer switch. They wanted me to replace the switch for $45 fee and 15 for each new bulb. After arguing they sent me a new dimmer switch and 3 bulbs at no charge. The fixture has 5 lights. I had an electrician change switch. After he successfully replaced the dimmer switch the light remained on. I smelled burning and the first bulb went out. I thought it was because it was the original bulb. A short time later I heard that sizzle, saw the smoke and immediately pulled the plug. Artiva should have replaced the lamp as originally requested. I feel it is a fire hazard. Artiva is cheap, poor business people and I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LIGHT. SAVE YOURSELF AGGRAVATION AND KEEP YOUR HOME SAFE. My electrician said this is definitely not a dimmer switch issue.

What a lamp

The lamp is gorgeous!! I have it in a corner overlooking my baby grand ! What a fantastic touch! Makes the piano look awesome. It gives the room a beautiful ambiance when the lights are dimmed and excellent lighting when the lights are bright. It goes well with Modern or traditional look. Thrilled that I bought it and highly recommend it!!
