Quality rocker chairs

The steel frame of the chairs are very sturdy. The cushions are very thick and made well (I ordered the pearl white color cushion and they look very nice with the chocolate brown chair frame). The rocker chairs are very comfortable and I am enjoying them. I also ordered the matching side table which is also very nice.

Nice size table

Nice size table … fits a standard size serving tray so I can bring breakfast plate, coffee, etc and still have room on the table. Very sturdy table and looks nice with the two matching rocker chairs.

Watch out

I ordered this on line on a really great sale - I thought. Checking my order it seems they charge extra for the cushions - but description indicates it's a sofa and would lead one to believe it comes with cushions. I canceled my order for the sofa "frame"and a table - and 6 cushions! Just be honest about extra charges for cushions please. I will purchase a set that includes all that I need in the retail price. I'm a disappointed and long time Macy's customer.

This is such quality, comfortable furniture. Much nicer than most I've seen. Great price, too. It transformed our screened porch and now my family uses it a lot more.

Disappointed in Macy's

I was emailed a flyer presenting this outdoor dining set on July 4th. The item looked great and the price seemed reasonable. I decided to pull the trigger quickly. Unfortunately, here we are, 23 days later and the item has not delivered. It hasn't even shipped. Macy's site suggests they'll notify me when my item delivers to their warehouse. This suggests they are selling something they don't even possess. As of 7/27, no notification. Further, I've reached out to Customer Service to discuss the matter and did not get a response. This is a summer item that will be used in northern Ohio. Who knows if i'll get it or not. If I do, it seems it will be at summers end, just in time to pack it up and cover for winter. I thought about cancelling, but their site doesn't allow me to even inquire about this option. You can do better, Macy's.

Missing table

It’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard anything back about outdoor table I ordered.

Disappointing

Buyer Beware! Very poor construction and design. 11’ umbrella was delivered end of April. It’s now 4th of July weekend (a little over 2 months) and there’s a hole in the cover where the arm base has poked through. Also, every single time umbrella opens, you must manually insert each of the cover’s sleeves onto the 8 base arms. Never had to do that with an outdoor umbrella before. And Macy’s won’t take the umbrella back . . .

Damaged

Was delivered damaged/scratched, I hope the second attempt will be damage free.
