Don't count on Macy's shipping to get it to you on

My one star is not for the shoes, but for customer service. I ordered the in early December for a December 14 event. They did not arrive in time, showing up on the 17th. I tried to use chat to cancel it on the 13th when it said a shipping label was made but they said they were unable to. Like every other retailer, Macy's has gone downhill.
