I love ASUS and the ZenBook!
I purchased my new ZenBook to replace the one I bought in 2017 while I was working my MBA. That laptop was an excellent daily companion for all of my activities. The new laptop is so pretty and easy to transition from my old ZenBook - seamless! I'm keeping the original for travel and using my new one for home. Total satisfaction.

Best laptop, period
Perfect laptop for travel as well as to carry around. The primary reason for a laptop is portability and the Zenbook S 13 fits the bill perfectly, as it's very light at 2.2 lbs while being highly capable for almost all computing needs. Love it's OLED screen, face recognition, USB 4 ports and great touch pad. To top it all, you can't beat it's price to performance ratio.

Not for Gaming
It wont play my video games without crashing, and tons of lag. I am very disappointed.

OLED screen amazing, specs sold me
I spent about 2 months reviewing and looking for laptops to replace what has become a poor purchase last year. The OLED screen and size are what sold me initially, but the specs on this laptop are what sealed the deal. Not only is the 15th gen Ultra 7 less than a few months old, but this small form factor comes from the factory with 32GB of RAM and 1TB or storage. Not having to upgrade immediately to save some money is a huge benefit, at least for me. At no point did this machine feel slow, or have any issues that I could tell from the 2 or so weeks I've had the machine. I'm happy with the build quality as with Asus, it can be a bit of a gamble sometimes, but they've seem to have stepped up their game and have found a sweet spot between affordability and decent build quality. Long term testing not withstanding as the machine is so new, I feel like I've made a good purchase and I won't be disappointed as I was with my previous laptop, which wasn't an Asus.
