I purchase this monitor about a Month ago. I had two of these and one of the monitors has lines going horizontally and vertically. I use these for work as I work from home and needed another asap. I called customer service but the gentleman ( who was very nice ) could not help me. I have used the same brand in my previous employment and really liked them. The one that broke may have been a lemon as it only lasted 6 months . But I do think customer service could have tried to provide more help

Very good product
Very good product--The only problem I had with it was that the VESA wall mount I purchased was just a little too large for the recess. ASUS could help by making the recess just a little larger (~4mm) in each direction to accommodate some aftermarket equipment. (Of course the maker of that equipment could also make it a little smaller)

Looks like a great product
I like the idea of cutting down on connections and possible problems. The monitor works fine, but I am having a problem with the microphone and camera. Most of all i am having problem with support. It seems like they don't realize that the camera, mic, and speakers are part of the monitor. The problems i am having with support is making me feel bad about this purchase decision.
