Last time I’m ordering from Macy’s

I ordered this over a week ago, shipping said it was going to be delivered on 2/19 and it still hasn’t arrived. I followed up with UPS tracking and now it’s not showing a delivery date.

Disappointed with Macy’s

I never received my item. Macys keep changing the shipping date and will not allow me to cancel since it’s been over 30 minutes but it’s also been almost a month since I placed the order. This was a gift and now it’s no longer needed

2ND TIME RETURNING THIS!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I’M RETURNING THIS ITEM. THE FIRST TIME THE WATCH HAD SCRATCHES AND LOOKED LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ALREADY RETURNED IT IN THE PAST AND WAS SOLD TO ME. NOW THE 2ND ONE THAT I BOUGHT AS A REPLACEMENT THE WATCH WAS BETTER BUT THE BOX WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND THERE WAS NO BRACELET INCLUDED. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE THIS WAS A GIFT TO MY PARTNER AND I KEEP HAVING TO TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE OF SOME ISSUE YOU KEEP CAUSING! IM ORDERING ONE TO REPLACE THE ONE I JUST RETURNED SO PLEASE INCLUDE EVERYTHING THATS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED AND MAKE SURE THE WATCH WORKS BEFORE YOU MAIL IT TO ME???

Isn't matte like the picture.

I ordered this watch for my boyfriend. We both love it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't quite look like it does in the picture. The picture makes it appear that it will be matte & it isn't matte at all. I ended up liking it just as much, it just wasn't what I anticipated receiving.
