Pretty but requires constant repositioning

Dress is attractive and different. Very feminine. However, I bought L and XL and both had problems. L had very uneven layer lengths and the blouse isnt cut correctly. The XL tier lengths were more even but the blouse was too loose and cut weird and I wear 36DD. I was contantly pulling the top part up and back. The blouse should be cut a little more modest.
