Customer service is useless.

This item was ordered on 12/17/23, but not delivered until 2/23/24 - nearly 2 months late! Upon contacting customer service, they told me it was too late to return it (it was a Christmas present). I would think that a store like Macy's would be much more supportive, but they said that their system said it was delivered on 12/27/23 and they would not hear of anything else. Also, English was NOT this person's first language and I could not understand him at all. If I could give Macy's a -0- rating, I would. I also tried to tell them the package was opened and then taped back together, but they didn't care.
