It works.

Got this as a Fathers Day gift. Yes, I'm a man with a severe case of gynecomastia as a result of taking a certain medication. My breasts grew to the point that they're hurting my back, so the consensus between my doctor, my wife, and my daughter was to try a bra. Today I got a size 42D and I already feel the pressure relief on my back. I'm told that an underwire might hurt, but this one is soft and supportive.

Great wireless bra!

This bra is very comfortable. The straps stay up and the back lays flat (no back fat!). Bought a 36DD and it fits perfect. Nice coverage. Pretty too! Highly recommend!
