Kimberly and LaVern with MACYS CUMBERLAND were wonderful and so very helpful my BAlI Bra purchases! I was returning a bra that I ordered because I ordered the incorrect size. Kimberly suggested I try larger cup, and her suggestion was on the money! I purchased a black BALI Bra, and LaVern ordered a nude bra for me at the register….I really appreciate their help. The straps are too long.

The straps are too long. I'll have to shorten them. They also don't stay adjusted, so when I shorten them, I'll have to tack them in place. This is a nuisance.

Detachable straps kept detaching

Although the girls were well supported and nested well, the detachable straps kept detaching. I bought it to wear to a party but ended up not wearing it as I wasn't sure the straps would stay in place
