Flattering Dress

I absolutely loved this dress, but purchased the petite (I'm 5'3) after buying the regular size (Which was way too long), but the waistline on the petite was too high. The style is so flattering, I was really hoping would work .Wish I had time to have the regular size shortened, that one fit perfectly.
