Runs very small, it’s beautiful, can’t get it on

Runs Extremely small. I’m 5’9, 145 lbs, I bought a medium, and couldn’t even put it on. I bought it to wear on vacation next week. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to return and buy a much larger one, and have it arrive in time. So disappointing
