Amazing serum

So I love this serum. It's amazing. But I had to take off 1 star simply because of the packaging. The packaging sucks. It's a dropper style but the dropper isn't good at all.It doesn't pick up enough product for the whole face.When you dip it in, sometimes it picks up nothing. It's so annoying. Packaging aside, the serum is amazing. It's a silky milky texture that I love. It's so hydrating that I don't even need to use moisturizer after if I don't want to. It's really nice. Not sticky at all and works with other products

Very pleased with the product but not the bottle it comes in

I am very happy with the pure moisture serum. My skin feels more moisturized than when using any of the cream moisturizers I have used recently. My skin has also not reacted negatively (even though I struggle with eczema and acne). I do however have issues with the bottle and applicator. I often have to try several times to get enough product in the eyedropper, and because the glass bottle os not clear, I cannot see how much product I have left or the best angle to use to get more.

Difficult

How you are supposed to use this product I have no idea as you just cannot get the product out of the bottle !! It is impossible as the pipette just does not work!! Quite pricey for a product you cannot extract from the bottle .

Love the product HATE the bottle

This serum has really hydrated my skin this winter. However, the dropper does not work. It takes many dips and squeezes, waiting to lift the dropper and almost getting no product each time. And I know how to use a pipette.. so please do something about the bottle/dropper

Happy with this product it goes on smoothly

I love this product and I bought two ..the first one I thought I got a bad dropper...bought the second one and it is the same problem with the dropper...I take the dropper out and turn the bottle over and hit it into my hand to get the product out. Please have this problem fix!
