Very Happy
This piece of luggage is expensive but it is worth the price. My husband has had one for years that I would occasionally use and I finally decided that I needed one, too. Although it is costly, you won't regret the purchase.

Amazing overall, challenging zipper
Overall, I really love this bag (with one caveat)! Wish I could give 4. 5 stars. It’s very heavy duty and rolls well, great for long trips. It holds so many hanging items (had over 15 dresses and suits last trip), including long dresses with the extendable folding protector flap which most rolling garments don’t have. It also has extra pockets for shoes and I was able to easily fit several pairs of jeans and shirts in the front zipper pocket when my other checked back was overweight and I had to shuffle quickly. It also doesn’t have that annoying hump in the middle where it folds like other large rolling garment bags as it fully lays out, giving overall more depth and packing space. There is just one design feature that prevents me from giving five stars. It is extremely hard to zip at the corners where the bag folds in the middle. The zipper and fabric are really heavy duty (plus!) and the garment bag fully unzips to lay completely flat (another plus!). However, because it fully unzips flat and the thickness of the fabric and zipper, once folded, it’s hard to get alignment of the zipper with the thick folded fabric at the first few inches of the corners of the fold to close the zipper. Like really hard. Absolutely a two-handed feat with tugging thick, non-pliable fabric into alignment while pulling the zipper and I had to get additional help once to hold the fabric straight while zipping. Overall, the pluses of this bag in comparison to other high-end rolling bags outweigh the competition and the zipper caveat is a compromise in exchange for the features for ME. But for a person with minimal hand strength or dexterity, this bag might prove a real challenge.

Bulky Suitcase
This piece is very well made, but It is heavy and somewhat awkward to pack. It is better for a longer trip. Packing and unpacking it takes a lot of effort.

Big Expectations; Big Letdown
In addition to receiving the bag with a tear in its mesh, the divided pockets for clothes are very small. In addition, besides the pocket where shoes can be placed, there is no other storage at the bottom. I'm very disappointed.

Wardrobe Spinner, saw it, purchased it!
Due to my job, I travel, and I'm gone for long periods of time. This bag has a nice spacious feel to it and I'm able to pack many things and not have to worry about care of my fine garments. When you spend lots of money on your wardrobe, I want them to be protected by a firm such as Briggs & Riley. They have an exceptional reputation for their bags and the warranty that comes with it is special. I can walk briskly through the airport due to the wheels and it is a quality garment, and I loved the price.

Best suitcase for business travel that I have found
I have used various bags for business travel over many years. The Briggs & Riley Deluxe Wardrobe Spinner is the best upgrade I've ever made. Bottom line, my suits emerged from this suitcase better looking than from any other bag I have used. I have always had to touch up my dress shirts with an iron after unpacking them from any previous bag. I truly did not need to grab an iron with the Briggs & Riley (though I did touch up the sleeves, even though they were always hidden--just me). The Deluxe Wardrobe Spinner has survived whatever rough handling it has received from airline baggage handlers--it is solidly constructed and the finish still looks good ... though I am more concerned about how it keeps the contents intact and looking crisp. No complaints so far. I would definitely buy this suitcase again.

Zipper is tight in the
Zipper is tight in the folds when you close and start to zip. It's difficult to get the zipper going.
