Very Nice, Solid, and Efficient Suitcase

Nice suitcase. I got to replace a Briggs & Riley I got over 10 years ago that is just getting worn. This one is sharp - I love the lighter insides for visibility packing. Depth and squared corners with handles outside makes it perfect for packing. The compression thing seems a bit gimmicky and, honestly, I'm afraid it is something just waiting to break which would render the suitcase unusable. If not for the lifetime warranty, I probably would have avoided the bag for that reason. But perhaps the little ratchet will last and not break after hundreds of uses. I also wish they had at least one water-resistant pocket inside the suitcase.

Quality but 2 wheels…

This is my second Briggs and Riley. My first was a carry on expandable with 4 wheels. This upright is great for packing for long trips. What makes it hard to lug around when it is packed, heavy and with only two wheels makes it hard to carry with you and other bags, go up/down escalators etc. def get the bag with 4 wheels. I wish I could return it for the 4 wheeled bag but it is to much trouble

Great for travel luggage

Great luggage. love that I can bring my dresses in their hangers. And not to mention that their lifetime warranty is legit. My luggage got damage and they repaired it free of charge.

I would love to review, but…

I would love to review this but Macy’s cancelled my order and claimed they were out of stock. I’m sure the suitcase is lovely.

Briggs and Riley let me

Briggs and Riley let me down I have been a big fan of their products for decades but when it came time to replace my faithful suitcase that had been rebuilt twice and that has been on thousands of shows and hundreds of airline flights thought maybe it was just time to buy a new one and continue on the legacy, So I called Briggs and Riley explained to them what I was looking for they told me the they still made the two wheeled suitcase which is what I need and not a four wheel spinner so I ordered it shows up and it's a smaller suitcase? Apparently they don't make the adult sized suitcase that I require so it looks like I have to go find a competitor because I am not being offered any other options, I did explain to the person I spoke with that these four wheel spinner suitcases do not work for my application because I have to take my suitcase over curbs, rough roads, gravel paths and so on and the tiny wheels on a spinner just don't work. Great luggage

Great quality and great company…only problem is it’s expensive but bite the bullet and get it Then you are worry free I had one major problem and B&R paid for shipping both ways and fixed without question That says all I need to know about a company I own 6 pieces and love them
