Ocean water

I feel this is a pleasant fragrance but even if i put 10 to 20 sprays on me I couldn’t smell it unless i put my wrist to my nose.. I also can’t smell any cannabis at all. It looks like this has some good reviews so maybe my smelling ability is part of the problem. But I do feel I threw my money away.
