Chelsea rug 8x11 multi

Rug was delivered today but was not as described. Says 1/2 in thickness. But it's not. It is the thickness as an outdoor rug. Wich is flat. Was first disappointed because the rug i wanted was the tan chelsea but it was priced at 598.00. So i ordered the brown. Then the day after i placed my order it was priced at 199.00 lower than the price for the 259.00 brown. My rug was delivered today and looked at prices again. So. Its back up to 598.00. Not a happy camper with this company at all
