Great rug, and quick tips on getting rid of crease

For how little I paid for this rug, I'm very surprised at how great it looks. I will say that mind came rolled up, which is great. My friend also purchased a similar rug which arrived folded. As such, the latter has some creases. We found, though, that flipping the rug upside down, rolling it diagonally, and letting it sit for a day had a great affect on making it lay flat afterwards.

Kitchen Rug

A lot of people don't like carpet in their kitchen. Me neither! But ..... You can lay a beautiful rug like this in your kitchen and it's beautiful.

Nice rug for the price.

Looks just like the picture. Quality is in line with the price. It’s a nice shade of red - not too bright. Unfortunately it arrived folded and I don’t think the creases will come out.

Great price, attractive, but won't flatten out

Because the rug was shipped 'folded' instead of rolled, the folds won't flatten out. We have vacuumed and aired it and walked on it, and there are still many fold marks. Wish they had rolled it. Otherwise, it's quite attractive and the sale price was great.

Excellent customer service

I purchased an 8 x 8 rug. It was too large so I returned it (no return fee) and ordered a 6 x 6. My refund was processed in a timely manner and my new rug was delivered within a week. I love the rug! The quality is great. I will order again fro Rugs.com. The feature on the website that allows you to see the rug in your room is a great tool.
