Prettier than Picture

We got the perfect length for the kitchen. One end was slightly curled, but I turned it upside down for a day and it straightened. It is not too dark, the lighter designs brighten it.

Beautiful Runner

Bought this runner for a small hallway upstairs, to help prolong the carpet. Its a beautiful rug, and very nice quality. Always impressed with the rugs I've bought from rugs.com.

Color is rich

I bought this on clearance. It's a 9x9. It is gorgeous. I was worried the colors would be bland, but the blue is a beautiful shade somewhere between aqua and powder blue. The tan, cream and small amount of black highlights the blue and blend well in a room painted in a warm ivory. Seems to be well made. Flattened out quickly. No fold lines.

Excellent customer service and shipping

Although I had to return rug due to it not quite the right size, it’s an odd room layout, the price, purchase process and return process was all quick and easy. I am a returning customer and I’m sure I’ll be back.
