The purchasing and testing experience was very good. Donzell,our salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our mattress and box springs selections. We were not so pleased with the delivery service. In a written document we were told we would receive “white glove” service including shoe covers, removing old bedding—which we paid extra for, protecting doors and frames and help with covering our mattress and box springs. The two delivery guys did not come with shoe covers but did agree to take off their shoes, they did take away old bedding, did not protect door ways and did not want to help with putting on mattress and box springs covers. After mentioning we were told they would help with the coverings, they agreed to do it but said Macy’s did not pay them to do that! We considered these guys to be semi professional. One of the guys did not speak English and we could not communicate with him. As far as the other things promised, it worked out and nothing was damaged
