I like it but it’s better with a comforter on the top

Dented on one side, my weight is just 50 kg and I spend less than 6-7 hrs sleeping on an average

The mattress has a dent on the side I sleep,it startes tl develop in the first 3 months ans has worsened over time

10 year warranty is a joke

The box spring cracked 3 months after delivery. Customer Service states technician inspection is only available one day a month, the one day I am out of town. So use the cracked box spring for another 30 days and see what happens was the advice of the Customer Service Representative. So much for supporting my local Macy’s.
