Even for a steal it was a waste of money

I got this as a promotional deal. thought it would be great for our RV. didn't open the box and put it in the rv until we got ready to go on a trip. opened the box, NO LID and it's dented. and now I can't even return it because it's past the return date.

Smashed crockpot

These were Christmas presents and when one was opened after Christmas and after time to return t was smashed at both handles so I still have dents and all….. I should have checked the minute it came in…

Was cracked already

This came broken the inner pot was broken up. No soon as we open the box and then the plastic you could see it was cracked in several areas. We never even pulled the container out of the box. This was a gift. That never made it to the person I purchased it for. The first one I purchase was also had a cracked inner pot too.
