Will Pass on this product moving forward

Don’t buy! I bought these boots in September of ‘24 for the upcoming Winter. I wore these boots less than five times starting in November and recently in March I went to wear and discovered that the heal was cracked in half! Of course it was passed the return date and now I’m at a loss both with my money and the boots! I buy often from Macy’s and wish under certain circumstances, Winter Boots, when a product is clearly defective the 30 window should be extended

I bought the light shade in these boots. I love them! The narrow width is perfect. The boot is so comfy. I like that they have a zipper and also a tie in front. I am very happy with the purchase!

Poorly made

I have worn these shoes three times at most, and the sole is cracked along the heel. I can’t wear them.

Great Pair Of Boots!

Great fit and style. I bought 8.5/Wide to accommodate thick socks and the fit is perfect. The padded foot bed makes the boots very comfortable for all day wear. I especially like the side zipper which makes the boots easy to get on/off. The taupe color boots go with everything and pair perfectly with jeans and leggings for a super cute look.

great boot

This is a great boot. Light weight and has attention to detail. I’d size up so to wear a thicker sock in cold weather. Yes, I’d recommend.

Cute style, poor sizing

Super cute style but nowhere near wide enough in the toe box for my bunion, even though I ordered the double-wide! Too bad.
